Revitalize Hosting Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Scope of Services

Revitalize Hosting provides hosting services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Our guarantee is that your server and hosting environment will operate as expected under normal conditions. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies specifically to the hardware, network, and core software that we provide and manage.

It is important to note that any downtime, instability, or failures caused by your own configurations, third-party plugins, mods, scripts, or other user-side customizations are not covered under our SLA. In such cases, responsibility lies with you, the end user, to maintain compatibility and stability of your hosted services. Revitalize Hosting does not provide guarantees or liability for issues resulting from user-installed content or modifications.

Our primary responsibility is to maintain the uptime status of our infrastructure, as transparently reflected on our uptime monitoring page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service beyond the scope of our provided hardware and software environment.

2. User Responsibilities

You, the end user, are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and hosted services. This includes, but is not limited to:

You agree not to use Revitalize Hosting for:

4. Service Termination

Revitalize Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. No refunds are guaranteed in cases of termination due to violation of these terms.

5A. DDoS Attacks and Mitigation

Revitalize Hosting maintains a strong focus on DDoS resilience across our game-hosting infrastructure. Our game nodes come with built-in, always-on mitigation designed for common network-, transport-, and game-layer attack vectors. While our mitigation capabilities are robust and tuned for real-time multiplayer services, no provider can guarantee complete immunity from every form of denial-of-service attack. Some large-scale or custom application-layer attacks may still cause temporary performance degradation, packet loss, or interruption of service.

Revitalize Hosting shall not be held liable for downtime, packet loss, or disruption resulting from DoS/DDoS attacks or related mitigation processes.

In cases where a customer experiences sustained or sophisticated attacks that exceed the scope of our included protection, we will work directly with the customer to evaluate and recommend additional solutions. These may include migration to a higher-isolation environment, integration with third-party mitigation providers, or custom routing/tunnel setups. Such solutions may incur additional cost and are subject to separate terms.

Any user who knowingly participates in or triggers a DoS/DDoS event, or uses the service to facilitate attacks, will be subject to immediate suspension or termination under Section 3 of these Terms.

5B. DDoS Events and Service Credit Policy

Revitalize Hosting recognizes that downtime caused by denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) events can be disruptive, even when such incidents fall outside of our direct control. As a gesture of good faith, we offer service credits to customers who experience verified downtime as a result of these events.

Service credits are not automatic and must be requested through our support system within seven (7) days of the incident. Upon verification through internal monitoring or external uptime reports, customers will receive a credit equivalent to one (1) hour of service credit for every hour of downtime, calculated proportionally from their active monthly subscription rate. Credits are applied to future invoices and hold no cash value.

This credit system is intended solely as a goodwill gesture and does not represent a financial guarantee or binding Service Level Agreement (SLA). Revitalize Hosting does not assume liability for indirect losses, data loss, reputation impact, or any consequential damages resulting from denial-of-service events or related mitigation processes.

Credits will not be issued for downtime caused by:

Revitalize Hosting remains committed to transparency and customer support during such incidents. In the event of a sustained or complex DDoS attack, our team will coordinate mitigation efforts and, where applicable, recommend advanced protection options or migration to isolated environments to restore stability as quickly as possible.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revitalize Hosting, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the services.

7. Policy Changes

Revitalize Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase, no questions asked. After the first 24 hours, all refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Revitalize Hosting. Refund requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

Revitalize Hosting values and respects your privacy. We only collect and store the minimum amount of personal information required to provide our services. This includes account details stored securely within our billing platform and account management systems.

All customer information is hosted in professional-grade data centers with industry-standard physical, network, and administrative security measures. These facilities employ strict access controls, redundant systems, and continuous monitoring to protect data from unauthorized access or compromise. Alongside this, Revitalize Hosting follows healthy server hygiene practices, including proactive system monitoring and maintenance to detect and mitigate potential issues before they impact customers.

Access to personal information is extremely limited. At present, only the founder of Revitalize Hosting maintains access to customer account data for the purpose of support, billing, and service management. No third parties are granted access to your information unless required by law.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party vendors such as Stripe and PayPal. Revitalize Hosting does not store or have access to your credit card or banking information at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with outside parties for marketing or unrelated business purposes.

10. Age Requirement

Revitalize Hosting services are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement in accordance with COPPA and related laws.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
